I have a HL-T5075s and the tv will come on and stay on for about 20 mins but then shut off and not turn back on for about two hours.... any suggestions?

Ok my HL S5086W shuts off periodically and two lights begin blinking. It will do it all the time for a while and begin working fine. I would replace the bulb but I don't want to spend the money if it is something else. Everything I have read indicates that three lights blinking bulb replacement.

I have Samsung HL 437W. It is just a tad darker than it used to be.

Replace lamp? Or wait until failure? And what does a color wheel do?

I have a Samsung HLN617W1X/XAA. I was turning off the TV by hitting the ON/OFF button on the bottom right of the TV, and felt a very large shock. The TV turned off at that same instant. I couldn't tell if it was because of my hitting the button, or something shorted out. None the less, the TV will not turn back on. Any suggestions on what happened, and ultimately, how to fix it? I'm not the most technical person, but I have replaced the bulb for this TV twice without any incident. Thanks in advance!

I cant believe how complete SHITY IDEA this is, since you can enter there anny date you like nothing stops even a 10 year old to watch the video so just get rid of this please. If you use it for datamining then its also IDIOTIC since 99% of the people enter fake random date. We dont want you to know our birthday ok? were not gonna give it ot you even if you make us fill 10 of those so just give up you fucking idiots at ESRB, cheers

Fuck EA and their annoying ways. The whole EA accounts system is so fucking mandatory and confusing. If you utilize different email adresses you are fucked even more and it's through hell and back to merge them. I havn't heard from customer support in a fucking week.

Why do you feel that gamers are entitled to so much? Developers work extremely hard, long hours to produce a game. What did the gamers do to deserve AAA titles with more content than EVER BEFORE. Take into consideration, most games now have quite a bit of content over something like, Pong, Contra, Mario, Mario Kart, Golden Eye, ect.

For some reason gamers (like you), feel like they are entitled to a ridiculous amount of content. Gamers are screaming for 100 hours plus of content, what entitles you to this? And have the prices of games fluctuated over the years? Not much.

i have a samsung hl-r5067w tv the picture is good. but not bright and clear. could it be a bulb issue. do bulb lose light power after awhile. the tv is 5 years old. please help

I have a Toshiba DLP, and in the middle of watching a DVD, it started resetting itself. I Heard a click when it did this, and The LAMP LED light flashed 15 times and the tv attempted to restart itself a few times before picture and video returned again.

I replaced the lamp with an original toshiba lamp specific for my model, and the tv was on for 45 minutes until identical symptoms returned. The TV comes on with a beautiful, bright HD picture (brighter than the lamp I replaced) but this intermittent restarting game with the LAMP LED light flashing returns.

I've sucked out all the vents with a high powered Dyson vacuum, and that didnt seem to help with this problem either. ANy ideas?

I have a Samsung 61" HLN617W DLP. Have had it for about 6 years now with absolutely no problems except having to change one bulb. The other day, I noticed TEMP light on front panel of TV was 100% "red" color. I looked in manual and web sites but could not get any information to identify the cause of this. I assumed it was due to the fact the my kids left the TV on for a straight 24 hours. I turned off the unit for 24 hours and when turning it back on the red light on panel still remained. I then unplugged the TV to reboot and when I turned on set again the Red Light was gone. My wife continued to watch TV the next day for several hours then she heard a "POP" noise and the entire TV went black. I turned off the TV and when turning the TV back on I heard a very loud humming noise that would oscilate in low ..high..low pitch noises.

Any ideas what I should change out... Color Wheel ?? Fans ??
